History
Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited was established in 1991 under the umbrella of Sapphire Fibers Limited. Now in April 2026, it has been merged into Sapphire Fibres and start with name of Sapphire Fibres Limited 12. Mills started production on July 1992.

Sapphire Fibres Limited 12 have the Yarn Production Capacity is 13000 Tons/Year. Our Export is 84.6 % and Local supply is 15.4 %.

6 Ne to 80 Ne (single & double), plied, Slubs, melanges, blends and variety of yarns. Our total production exceeds 13000 Tons per year.
