Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd. was established in 1991 under the umbrella of Sapphire Fibres Ltd. Now in April 2026, it has been merged into Sapphire Fibres and start working with Sapphire Fibres Limited 12. Mills started production on July 1992.
